THE CHALLENGE
A Fortune 500 company contacted us in early 2023 to help them understand the changes, applications, opportunities, and risks stemming from generative AI. They wanted to uncover what they could do internally to implement generative AI effectively in their business AND what services and businesses they could create for their clients.
THE PROCESS & SOLUTION
Our engagement started with a MasterClass on artificial intelligence, AI Ethics, trends, use cases, and other key information relevant to the client to create a base for discovery, creativity, and building. Afterward, we met with top executives, managers, and staff to better understand their business from different perspectives. We took all insights and fed them into our EmergentDot Collector and shared key insights from our discussions with the executives at the company.
Our findings suggested the development of several new businesses that could be developed within the company with detailed plans. Opportunities to develop AI Copilots within the company to help team members improve productivity (and quality of life) and suggestions for an overall AI & Business strategy for the leadership to consider maximizing their opportunities with current and future AI systems.
THE RESULT
As an organization, the company was able to embrace AI and select key projects to work on for internal and external projects. Staff members clearly understood the collaborative nature of the AI systems in their work and became full partners in the projects, providing valuable insights, tweaks, and new uses.
The company embraced a user-centric approach to AI internally and externally, focused on amplifying humans with AI at every opportunity instead of automating.
The company has built a successful AI business line with others in development.
