“Emergent Line,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Emergent Line LLC. “You” refers to the individual or entity accessing our website or services.

Emergent Line grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the website strictly in accordance with this Agreement.
 
3. RESTRICTIONS

You agree not to:

  • Archive, download, reproduce, distribute, republish, or commercially exploit website content.

  • Use automated means (including robots, spiders, scrapers, or similar tools) to access, extract, or index website content.

  • Insert code, interfere with, or manipulate website functionality.

  • Remove or obscure proprietary notices of Emergent Line or its partners.

 
4. CONFIDENTIALITY AND SUGGESTIONS

General feedback, ideas, or suggestions submitted to Emergent Line may be used freely. Proprietary client information shared in the course of advisory engagements remains confidential and is not subject to this clause.
 
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content (text, graphics, code, and design) is the property of Emergent Line or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
 
6. PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS

Emergent Line provides services with competence, integrity, and adherence to professional consulting standards. Nothing in these Terms limits the warranties of professional care expected in strategic advisory engagements.
 
7. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

Emergent Line processes personal data in compliance with applicable laws, including GDPR and CCPA.

  • Data will only be processed for advisory purposes.

  • Data is retained no longer than necessary or as required by law.

  • Individuals may exercise rights of access, correction, deletion, or portability by contacting filings@emergentline.com

  • Emergent Line will notify clients of material data incidents within 72 hours of discovery.

8. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

Emergent Line complies with applicable laws, including securities regulations, AML provisions, export controls, and industry-specific requirements. Advisory engagements with public companies adhere to relevant SEC and exchange standards.
 
9. PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY AND INSURANCE

Emergent Line maintains professional liability insurance appropriate for strategic advisory services. Each party indemnifies the other against claims arising from negligence, breach of confidentiality, or violation of applicable laws.
 
10. INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS AND FORCE MAJEURE

For clients with international operations, services comply with relevant jurisdictional laws. Cross-border data transfers follow applicable regulations.
Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including government actions, natural disasters, or cyberattacks.
 
11. CLIENT COOPERATION

Clients must designate qualified personnel as primary contacts, provide timely access to relevant information, and ensure cooperation necessary for service delivery. Delays caused by inadequate cooperation may affect timelines and fees.
 
12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Emergent Line may engage qualified third-party specialists to support service delivery, subject to confidentiality and professional standards. Client consent is required for material engagements.
 
13. RECORDS AND DATA MANAGEMENT

Engagement records will be maintained for seven (7) years or as required by applicable professional standards and regulations. Upon termination, client data will be returned or securely destroyed per client instructions and legal requirements.
 
14. CONFLICTS OF INTEREST

Emergent Line maintains policies to identify and manage potential conflicts of interest in line with professional standards. Confidential information from one client will never be used to benefit another client.
 
15. PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Advisory staff maintain relevant certifications and continuing education in accordance with industry standards. Emergent Line is committed to continuous improvement in professional practice and client service.
 
16. TERMINATION

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. Emergent Line may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this Agreement cease immediately.
 
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Emergent Line is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Total liability will not exceed amounts paid by you for services, except as otherwise required by law.
 
18. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved under binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
 
19. AMENDMENTS

Emergent Line may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be posted with at least 30 days’ notice. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
 
20. DISCLAIMERS

THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EMERGENT LINE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
 
21. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

If you believe any material on our website infringes your copyright, please send a notice to filings@emergentline.com including:

  3. A statement of good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized
